Otago Cricket is delighted to announce Delta as a first-class sponsor of Otago Cricket for the next three seasons. Delta’s partnership with Otago Cricket will see their branding showcased above the scoreboard at University Oval this season.  

Delta and Otago Cricket continue to build on their current relationship, which involves Delta’s teams delivering high quality groundskeeping across our University Oval facilities and Tonga Park. Because of their work, University Oval is often considered one of New Zealand’s elite cricketing grounds. 

Delta’s Chief Executive Mike Costelloe said “Delta is proud to have signed an agreement to partner with Otago Cricket on a 3-year sponsorship deal. Over the years, Otago Cricket and Delta have worked closely together, and Otago Cricket has always been great advocates of our work. It’s nice to formalise our partnership and align our brands, especially as high-profile turf maintenance has become a sizable work activity for our Greenspace team” 

Otago Cricket CEO Mike Coggan said “The team at Delta has been a massive contributor to the improvement of our high performance and community facilities in Dunedin as well as across other parts of our region. Their energetic and proactive approach to delivering quality services will ensure that our grounds and venues remain some of the very best in New Zealand. We are delighted and very proud to have Delta on board as a major sponsor”. 

Delta will also be a part of the Dream 11 Super Smash presented by KFC innings break entertainment and game day activations at both Dunedin and Queenstown this season. Both aspects of this partnership will create exciting engagement between Delta, Otago Cricket and our fans at each home game.
