Heavry rain in Dunedin has effected the start time of the Twenty20 final at the University Oval. 3 inches of rain fell in Dunedinlast night leaving the University Oval under water. Groundstaff are doing everything possible to get the ground dry for a start fo play. The umpires will be checking the ground every hour but play will not start before 4pm.
